The object consists of photo skins manually peeled from the backing paper, thin and fragile. The motifs: details of my own skin. It was provided for exhibition visitors to touch, deform, tighten, put on – plus adhesive tape, e.g. for repairs. They left traces on the object up to destruction. The stages of change were regularly documented, and the wall on site was increasingly populated with the DinA4 printouts in chronological order.
At the end of the exhibition, I repaired the scraps and tears with red tape. They are thus visible like scars and part of the work.
